Black currant is one of my favourite flavours. I love the jam and if I can find that flavour in any other items I am always keen to try it. How wonderful to have a healthy frozen option to enhance my love of the black currant fruit!

My mother would always make black currant jam from black currant bushes in our back yard. After she passed I forgot about the wonderful and unusual tangy goodness of this berry. When I tasted this sorbet it truly brought back memories of my mother's hand picked black currants and the jam she made with them. I can't wait to eat more of them!!

This was like sucking on frozen jam it was so fresh! This is not your grandmas sorbet. Step aside everyone and get out of my way! This is one I’ll be going for at the grocery store, no kids this one is for mom! Gluten free and full of fresh fruit frozen to perfection. Close your eyes and it’s like Elsa froze the black currants right off the tree and put them right on a stick. Beyond delicious.
